This product is a 1 × 7 high-strength prestressed steel strand, made of SWRH82B high carbon
steel wire rod as raw material, and processed through drawing, twisting, low-temperature
stabilization, and other processes. The nominal diameter is 15.2mm, the tensile strength
is ≥ 1860MPa, the yield strength is ≥ 1670MPa, and the maximum total elongation rate
is ≥ 3.5%. All indicators comply with the GB/T 5224-2014 standard.

High strength and low relaxation performance: SWRH82B high carbon steel wire rod is used,
with a tensile strength of ≥ 1860MPa and an initial relaxation rate of ≤ 2.5%. The long-term
stress loss is only one-third of that of ordinary products, ensuring the long-term mechanical
stability of the structure
Standardized adaptation performance: Strictly following the GB/T 5224-2014 standard for
production, with nominal diameter tolerance controlled within ± 0.05mm, it can seamlessly
match mainstream anchoring systems such as OVM, VM, PESM at home and abroad, reducing
construction adaptation costs
Uniform mechanical properties: Through online stress relief technology, the maximum force total
elongation deviation of the same batch of steel strands is ≤ 0.5%, and the tension process is
uniformly stressed to avoid structural damage caused by local stress concentration
At present, it has been widely used in engineering scenarios such as large-span bridge box girders,
nuclear power plant safety shells, prestressed anchoring of water conservancy dam bodies,
and splicing of subway shield tunnel segments, providing reliable mechanical guarantees for the
long-term safe service of structures.
