Bangyi Wire Rope Clamp

Steel wire rope U-shaped clamp, commonly known as "U-shaped clamp" or "rope clamp", is mainly used to firmly clamp the two ends of the steel wire rope (or the steel wire rope and other components) together, forming a closed loop or connection point to withstand tension.

A standard U-shaped card head consists of three parts:

U-bolt: a threaded rod bent into a U-shape, wrapped around a steel wire rope
Clamp seat: placed on the end side of the rope to press down on the rope head
Two nuts: screw onto the U-bolt and apply clamping force

Working principle: Use U-bolts to pass through the clamp, tighten with nuts to generate friction, and press the steel wire rope firmly on the clamp to prevent sliding.

Application Scenario:

Lifting and hoisting scenario: making steel wire rope slings (rope buckles)
For industries such as lifting, construction, and ports, use clamps to lock the two ends of the steel wire rope into a loop and hang it on the crane hook to lift heavy objects

Ship and Port Scene: Steel Wire Rope Fixing at Mooring, Anchor Chain, and Cable End
The end of the steel wire rope cable is made into a fixed ring with a clamp, which is connected to a shackle or cable pile
The terminal fixation of railing cables and hatch opening and closing steel wire ropes on ships is also commonly used
